Questions
How do I cancel?
In the Pro window under Manage, or in your PayPal account under Automatic payments. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is my floor plan uploaded anywhere?
No. Plans, projects, logos and reports are handled in your browser and saved on your own computer. Only planning numbers such as floor size and band are sent to look up AP model data.
Can I use Pro on another computer?
Yes. Open the Pro window, choose Restore Pro and enter your subscription ID and PayPal email.
Are the numbers guaranteed?
No. They are planning estimates from a documented model. Always confirm a design with an on-site survey and the current vendor datasheet before buying equipment.
